Moving Unmigrated Data from a Mac (Mail App)

This video will walk you through migrating mail you archived on your mac via Mac mail. If you exported mail via Mac Mail into an .mbox file. Simple open the mbox file so that is shows under "On My Mac" from within Mac Mail and then follow this tutorial.
