Archive Public Folders

Instructions for Outlook:

            • Click the Windows "Start" button and select "All Programs." Click "Microsoft Office," and then click "Microsoft Outlook" to open your email software.

            • Click the "View" main menu item and select "Arrange By." Click "Current View," and then click " Define View." This opens a new configuration window.

            • Click the "New" button and select "Table." Enter a name for the saved public folder back-up table and click "OK."

            • Type a name and location for the PST file. Click "Next." In the next window, drag and drop your public folder to the PST file name on the right side of the window. Click "OK" to export your folder and save it to the PST file.
