Moving from a Personal Google Account
Starting June 2020 and February 2012, Google restricting certain types of access which could affect some access by third party tools : GSuite Help - Control access to less secure apps
(Many options like this are easier using a computer rather than a mobile device. You might be able to select the desktop version of webpages on your mobile device.)
If you want to forward email from old personal account to new account, then you might consider 1. "forwarding" from old account or 2. "check mail from other accounts" in new account
"Grant access to your account" is another option however this should be used with much caution.
Both options are under Gmail settings.

If you want to often access two Google accounts at the same time. Like switch back and forth then it helps to create separate users in Chrome browser on a computer. The video below shows how.
Note: Chrome has changed the user interface since the video below was created.
The username chooser has been moved to the top right corner of the Chrome window.
Update: There are now free services available to migrate mail, calendar, contacts, and documents from your personal Gmail account to Google Apps. One is SysCloud. Another is Backupify's Migrator.
The Cru logo has been removed from Cru Google Mail, but you can still tell that you're logged into your ministry account by clicking on your picture or initials at the top right corner of the Google Mail screen.
